Heavy snow finally hit Bradford City Centre on Friday lunchtime as the wintry weather that has swept the country reached our patch.
The Met Office's latest forecast predicts that the wintry weather could last into the evening, but the weekend is currently forecast to be dry and no further weather warnings are in place.
Several schools across Bradford were closed this morning because of the cold, and the British Muslim Awards - which were to take place in Bradford next week - have been postponed.
The worst of the weather has so far been reserved for the south of England.
