A WEATHER warning has been issued for snow in Bradford, starting at 1pm today.
The yellow warning runs from 1pm until midnight, with hill snow set to disrupt travel in the district - particularly in elevated areas.
The Met Office is warning that some roads and railways are likely to be affected, with longer journeys on the roads and rails expected.
It said: "A band of rain, sleet and snow will move slowly eastwards across England and southern Scotland during Friday.
"There remains uncertainty in the extent of any snow, but there is the potential for one to four centimetres of snow to accumulate on some higher level routes, chiefly above 250 metres."
At more than 300 metres above sea level, Queensbury could be set for snowfall today.
