THE organisers of Saltaire Festival, which takes place each year in the historic World Heritage Site, is appealing for volunteers for this year's event.
Attracting over 30,000 people to the village annually, the event is organised and run entirely by volunteers.
Communications team leader Claire Gibbons said: "We need volunteers all year round to be part of the planning and organising activities, as well as stewards for the festival itself in September.
"We're looking for new volunteers to join our teams and help make the 2019 Festival the success we know it can be. You can contribute by using your talents and expertise from your day job or try something completely different and learn a new skill or two."
There are several teams volunteers can get involved with such as events, finance and fundraising and communications.
The festival are also looking for new board members, including a board chair.
To find out more about volunteering, or becoming a board member, there is a meeting at the Triangle on Bradford Road, Shipley, on Thursday, January 17, at 7pm.
