THE LATEST total of arrests in West Yorkshire Police's December Drink & Drug Drive Campaign is 253 in 21 days.
That means 27 motorists were caught during ‘Mad Friday’ alone.
The drivers were arrested for positive roadside breath specimen of alcohol or saliva specimen for cannabis and cocaine.
Bradford West NPT and Bradford Central NPT tweeted that on Saturday three vehicles and occupants stop searched for drugs with one car seized for no insurance and a quantity of drugs seized.
