A CHARITY ball is being held in February in aid of a group which helps women fleeing domestic violence.
The ball will support Strong Foundations which supports vulnerable women in Bradford.
The charity is raising funds to refurbish and furnish a new refuge for those fleeing domestic violence.
Trudy Walker, of Topaz Events, is organising the event on behalf of the charity and said: "We're trying to get local businesses to donate raffle prizes and items for auction and also attend on the evening.
"In return they will receive free marketing on our website and pages.
"I myself am a new start up in Bradford and have offered my services to plan the event.
"Also the foundation has just received its charity status so we really want to raise their profile throughout Bradford so women are aware of their services."
The event is being held at the Cedar Court Hotel, Rooley Lane, Bradford, on Saturday, February 16, at 7.30pm.
Fine dining and entertainment is promised with a three-course meal, raffle and auction. Dress code is black tie and cocktail dresses.
Tickets are £35 and are available from https://topazeventsuk.wixsite.com/strongfoundations.
