SIR - It makes me laugh when I'm standing at road crossings and I've just pressed the button to stop the traffic and it is clearly lit up. Then somebody comes along and presses it again.
READER LETTER: North-South divide continues to grow
Then they proceed to press it another five times to presumably give it more power and speed it up. By which time the traffic has stopped and is ready to go again.
