TWO people were taken to hospital suffering from the effects smoke inhalation after a house fire in Queensbury last night.
The cooker in the kitchen was involved in the fire at 11.15pm in Cropredy Close.
The householders were alerted by fire alarms.
Crews used four breathing apparatus and one hose reel to extinguish the fire and a high-powered fan to remove the smoke from the property.
Appliances from Fairweather Green and Illingworth attended.
