A Bradford Council gritter
BRADFORD Council gritters are being sent out across the district tonight as temperatures are set to fall.
The gritter crews are setting off to grit priority 1 routes across the whole of the district.
The Council tweeted a picture of driver heading out to grit our routes in Wyke, Low Moor, Bierley and Oakenshaw this evening.
The temperature in Bradford is set to dip below freezing before heavy snow and a breeze is predicted for Saturday.
As temperatures drop, the Council asks people to keep a eye out for neighbours, family and friends to make sure everybody stays warm and well.
