Three people have been arrested in connection with the alleged theft of goods worth about £2,000.
The theft is reported to have taken place in Skipton and a vehicle linked to the incident was later stopped in the Ilkley area, heading towards Guiseley.
Police said goods found within the car had been seized, and three people travelling in the vehicle had been detained.
PC Pearson, a Bradford-based road traffic officer, tweeted: “Vehicle used in theft of goods from Skipton worth £2000, spotted in Ilkley towards Guiseley, 3 x occupants arrested and all the stolen goods seized to be returned to their owner.”
