A BRADFORD estate agency has struck gold in the residential property industry’s Oscars.
Linley & Simpson, with offices in Ilkley and Saltaire, was crowned Community Champion of the Year in the 11th annual awards run by The Negotiator magazine.
The company also scooped silver in the search for the best Land and New Homes team.
Comedian Julian Clary presented the independent agency - which employs more than 220 people and has branches across West and North Yorkshire - with its trophies in front of over 900 people at the London awards ceremony.
Judges said: "This was a strong submission with a wide range of community-related projects - with an obvious buy-in from the leaders and an impressive amount of time invested across the team."
