A BUSINESS has started building a new range of small units in Bradford.
Oakwell Securities has started work on the light industrial units, known as Alpha Court, on a site next to Prologis Park, in Bradford, at the head of the M606 motorway.
The scheme comprises seven high-quality units with sizes ranging from 1,350 to 2,000 sq ft arranged around a central courtyard, which is scheduled to be ready for Spring 2019.
The units are being built to the latest energy saving standards and incorporate office and welfare facilities together with full height electric loading doors and LED lighting.
Matthew Austin of Robert Austin & Co, said: “This scheme follows on from a virtually identical scheme built by Oakwell Securities at Normanton, Junction 31 of the M62, which has proved very successful and is fully let.”
