RYAN DAWSON, 18, of King Walk, Didcot, admitted taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent and driving without third party insurance or a driving licence on October 3 at Church Street, Didcot, as well as failing to surrender to custody. he was fined a total of £160 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points. For failing to surrender to custody he was given a 12-month conditional discharge.

KEVIN MILLAR, 53, of Bankside, Banbury. admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on July 22 at Banbury. Had 122 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for five days and en electronically monitored curfew. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 29 months.

SUSAN BADEN, 53, of Sinodun Road, Didcot, was convicted of speeding at 63mph in a 50mph zone in Woodstock Road, Yarnton, on April 30. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

SHANE BLACKWELL, 35, of School Close, Steventon, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between June 4 and July 2. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

ANTHONY JOSEPH DURKIN, 54, of Bernwood Road, Bicester, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between May 8 and June 5. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

LUKE HOLT, 39, of Williams Road, Upper Heyford, was convicted of speeding at 45mph in a 30mph zone in Ardley Road, Middleton Stoney, on March 22. Fined £440, must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85. Four penalty points.

ANETA PETKOVA, 30, of Redwing Close, Bicester, was convicted of speeding at 51mph in a 40mph zone on the A41, Bicester, on May 2. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

KAMIL SZOSTAK, 29, of Dene Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between May 14 and June 11. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

ETHAN WAITE, 18, Ulfgar Road, Oxford, admitted taking a car without consent in Temple Road, Oxford, and using a vehicle without insurance in Staverton Road, Oxford, on October 5. Fined £400, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified for six months.
