AN area of land with planning consent for new housing will be listed at an auction next month.
The 0.2 acre site at the end of Mill Hill Drive, near Tong Street, has planning permission for four, three bedroom semi detached houses.
The housing was approved as part of a wider development of 40 houses built by developers Gleesons.
The land is one of the listed items at the next Pugh Property Auction at Leeds United's grounds on December 4. The guide price for the plot is £40,000.
