DAVID Hockney's childhood home on Hutton Terrace in Eccleshill is for sale with a guide price of £140,000-£150,000.
Estate agents William H Brown says the four bedroom mid-Victorian terrace property boasts a wealth of character and charm with a combination of modern and contemporary features.
It is described as deceptively spacious and beautifully presented with far-reaching views.
In his youth, the artist left the family home at Hutton Terrace to push his pram of paints and brushes about Bradford, capturing on bits of hardboard the landscape of his hometown. A good deal of it was about to disappear – Exchange Station, for example.
He lived there from the age of four until the 1950s when he went to Art College in London.
