A PROMINENT city centre office building is due to go under the hammer next month.
The Annex Building at Broadacre House will have a guide price of £500,000 when it is listed at the next Pugh property auction, being held at Leeds United’s ground on December 4.
The building, at the corner of George Street, West Street and Great Cross Street is next to the city centre’s Premier Inn, and a short distance from the Broadway Shopping Centre.
The building is listed as a: “Modern two storey city centre office building, extending to 870 sq m (9,320 sq ft). Capable of being split.”
It also has a 10 space car park.
The building is currently partly let, but the auction guide says the tenant is due to vacate the building at the end of the year.
