POLICE charged a driver with being three times over the drink drive limit after a crash on the M606 motorway last night.
A white VW car crashed into a silver BMW on the motorway's exit sliproad and the driver of the VW was arrested.
Police said he failed a roadside breath test and an evidential sample found he was three times over the limit.
He was charged and bailed to appear in court at a later date.
