POLICE would like to speak to this man after a woman told officers she was being stalked.

British Transport Police said the incident took place on Wednesday, October 17, at approximately 7am, when a man followed the victim down the platform in Keighley station and onto a train to Leeds.

He then sat next to her on the train and followed her closely through Leeds station when the train arrived.

The man followed the victim to her work, stopping and turning back only when she entered her building.

She estimates there have been up to 15 similar encounters which have left her feeling uncomfortable over the past year, with the same man on either the 6.54am or 7.07am Keighley to Leeds services.

These have ranged from deliberately sitting next to her when there are plenty of other empty seats, to following her through Leeds station when the train arrives.

If you recognise the man or have witnessed any of these incidents, please contact BTP by texting 0800 40 50 40 or text 61016 quoting reference 290 of 05/11/2018.
