BRADFORD'S singing star Danny Tetley is through to the fourth round of live shows on the X Factor, after the weekend's show was blighted by sound problems.

Technical issues affected the sound during Danny's performance of Queen's Who Wants to Live Forever, but he secured enough votes from the public to stay in the talent show.

The Shipley-born singer, who is now based in Benidorm, thanked his fans on Twitter for their support after the show.

It was Molly Scott who was sent home from the show in Sunday's results programme, after losing in the sing-off, along with group United Vibe who came bottom of the public vote and were eliminated automatically.

Six acts have now been booted from the X Factor, leaving just ten in the running for the top prize.

Danny Tetley remains the long-shot to win the show with the bookies, priced at 66/1 with Sky Bet.
