FEARLESS daredevils will be taking to the skies next weekend for the 11th annual Stunt Show and Firework Spectacular at Odsal Stadium.

The popular event returns to the home of the Bradford Bulls on Saturday, November 3, featuring death-defying tricks and huge roaring machine providing entertainment for the whole family.

World renowned Scott May will bring his Daredevil and Stunt Show to the stadium, featuring freestyle motor cross riders flying through the night sky performing hair-raising jumps, flips and tricks to entertain the crowds.

There will also be huge monster trucks, Thundertrax tanks, two-wheel car action stunts, and film stunt teams crashing cars and performing dangerous fire stunts.

The spectacular stunt show will then culminate in a huge firework show, from Bradford firm Big Shotter, which will close the evening’s entertainment.

There will also be live music, a beer festival on site thanks to Saltaire Brewery, and other stalls.

Damian Irvine, commercial director at Bradford Bulls, said: “We are really pleased to bring this huge event to Odsal for the families of Bradford to enjoy a great fireworks night celebration.

“Scotty May is world renowned for his stunt show and it is an exciting night out for families of all ages.

“The gates open at 5.30pm and we have our partners from the wonderful local brewers Saltaire Brewery hosting a huge beer festival marquee, with the stunt show and monster trucks starting at 7.30pm.

“Another great local Bradford company Big Shotter fireworks are providing a huge display which is scheduled for 9.30pm to close the show.”

This is the first year Big Shotters, based in Darley Street, have been involved in the show.

Owner Jamil Ashraf said: We’ve been doing fireworks for seven years but this is the first time we have done the show.

“We are excited to take part, its a big event for us and we are looking forward to it.

“We’ve got a few surprises up our sleeves, we hope our fireworks will show everyone else’s up.

“We’re going to throw everything at this, we want to show we’re a Bradford firm looking after the Bradford people.

“Bradford Bulls have been very good with us, they have put our name out there on the promotional posters and are letting us have stall there on the night.

“They wanted a company from Bradford to do the fireworks, which is brilliant for the city.”
