AN acclaimed documentary is to be shown in Bradford.
Resilience: The Biology of Stress and the Science of Hope, directed and produced by Robert Redford's son James Redford, delves into the science which shows how extreme or prolonged stressful experience in childhood can affect brain development, leading to health and social problems.
The documentary, which uses animation throughout to illustrate key points, is being showcased by Better Start Bradford.
There are two free screenings, which will be followed by a discussion panel. One will be held on November 13, 6-8pm, at Mind the Gap, the Silk Warehouse, Patent Street.
The other screening will be on November 24, 12.30-2.30pm at the Alhambra Studio, Morley Street.
