DETECTIVES investigating the death of a father-of-three have arrested six more men.
Amriz Iqbal, 40, died on Wednesday, October 3, after he and another man were struck by a car and allegedly assaulted in Sandford Road, Bradford Moor.
Three men, aged 21, 25 and 40, have been arrested on suspicion of murder.
Another three men, aged 29, 31 and 48, have been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
None of the arrests were made in Bradford.
The 40-year-old and 48-year-old were both arrested in Oldham, while two were arrested in Leeds and another two men arrested in Cheshire.
All six men remain in police custody.
Tony Grant, 38, of Queens Road, in Bradford, has been charged with Mr Iqbal’s murder and has been remanded in custody after he pleaded not guilty to the murder charge.
Mr Iqbal was father to three children - a 16-year-old, a two-year-old and an 18-month-old.
