A NURSERY has been rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, just six months after it was branded ‘Inadequate’ by inspectors.
Bramley Grange Childcare in Hipperholme was told there have been “extensive improvements” since Ofsted last visited in April.
The report said: “The manager and newly appointed deputy manager demonstrate a dedicated commitment to making ongoing improvements.
“Children are happy, settled and behave well. Staff are attentive and kind. Older children are polite and well mannered.
“Staff have a good understanding of how children learn and what they need to learn next. They quickly identify gaps in learning and swiftly address them.”
To become Outstanding, the nursery was told to improve partnerships with parents, and allow older children to try and think for themselves more.
