Queuing traffic in congestion
ALL LANES are now open on the M62 after an earlier accident but severe delays are still being reported.
Highways England says a car and trailer has lost its load of a mobile generator.
The hard shoulder and adjacent lane were blocked.
There are delays of up to an hour and delays increasing on the M62 eastbound between J25 Brighouse and J28 A650 Dewsbury Road (Tingley).
The average speed is ten mph.
Traffic is also backing up on the M606 southbound as well as a result.
