NOMINATIONS are now open for this year's Sovereign Health Care Awards.
The event is run between the Bradford & District Disabled People's Forum and Sovereign Health Care and will be held as part of this year's Disability History Month event.
The five categories people can enter are: Best Practice in Employment of Disabled People; Made a Difference Award; Health and Wellbeing Award; Organisations or Community Groups - Made a Difference Award and the Disabled Person of the Year Award.
Nomination forms can be downloaded from www.disabledpf.org.uk and should be returned to: Bradford & District Disabled People’s Forum, Manningham Mills Community Centre, Lilycroft Road, Bradford, BD9 5BD.
The deadline is Monday, October 29. Nominations received after that deadline cannot be considered. Winners will be announced at 2pm on Thursday, December 6, at the Mercure Bradford Bankfield Hotel, Bingley.
