BRITISH Transport Police have issued an image of two people they would like to speak to after 12 cars were damaged with stones at a station car park.

A spokesman for BTP said: "Officers would like to speak to them after twelve vehicles were damaged with stones in the car park of Apperley Bridge station during the early hours of July 7.

"Shortly after 4.20am two youths damaged the windows, bodywork and interior of the vehicles with two large stones which were taken from a nearby wall.

"Both left the station at approximately 4.30am.

"Officers would like to speak to the men in these CCTV images as it is believed they may have information which could help the investigation.
