One of three lanes are closed due to a multiple vehicle collision.
A crash between a car and a motorbike on the A2 westbound caused delays during rush hour this morning.
The incident, which has now been cleared, happened at about 8am between the M25 and A2018/Dartford.
There was very slow traffic between Darenth Interchange and Old Bexley Lane.
Travel time was roughly 20 minutes. Cameras show the vehicles remain in lane three of three and need assistance to move.
Highways England had advised on Twitter to approach with care as delays began to build.
All lanes were cleared within two hours.
