Edge members on their bucket collection
YOUNGSTERS have been out and about to collect nearly £200 towards the cost of a residential for young people on the Holme Wood estate.
Members of the Edge Project along with some of the young people ventured out into Bradford city centre in July armed with a street collection permit from Bradford council in hopes of raising some money.
Hannah Procter, manager of The Edge Project, said: “Thanks to the generosity of the people out that day we managed to raise a huge £176.13!
“We cannot be more grateful to the community of Bradford for helping us achieve.”
The young people who attended from The Edge Project to help with the collection volunteered to wear some Disney costumes as part of the day.
