A MAN has pleaded not guilty to all charges relating to a fatal crash in Bowling Back Lane earlier this year.
Muhammad Zahid Awaisi, 22, of Winchcombe Drive, Worcester, entered the pleas at Bradford Crown Court yesterday.
He was charged on seven counts relating to the crash on January 21, in which Syen Zaeen Hassan was killed.
The counts were; causing death by dangerous driving, causing death while driving without insurance, two counts of fraud relating to false details used to get car insurance, possession of an article for use in fraud, intimidating a witness through social media to pervert the course of justice, and malicious communication using social media.
Mr Awaisi, who attended court in a grey suit, was told he will stand trial for the offences on February 25, 2019, with the trial set to last four or five days. He was granted bail until the trial date.
