A NEW course backed by the Dalai Lama is due to begin in Bradford.
Exploring What Matters will run for eight weeks at the Sedbergh Centre, Hudderfield Road, from Friday, October 5.
The course is designed to help people discover how to live a happier and kinder life.
The course has been developed by Action for Happiness, a UK-based movement of people taking action for a happier world. The course is backed by the Dalai Lama, who says:
Lucy Carter, who is leading the course in Bradford, said: "I’m very excited to be running this course because I am looking forward to meeting like-minded people who want to make their lives and the world a happier place."
The course is based on groups of up to 25 people exploring "big questions" together each week. Participants are asked to make a donation to attend. Picture: PA
