A NURSERY in Birkenshaw has been rated Outstanding in all areas in a recent Ofsted inspection.
Helen Howes Day Nursery in Bradford Road, Birkenshaw, improved from its previous rating of Good following the inspection in August.
In the report, Ofsted said: “The management team is inspirational and passionate in its pursuit of excellence.
“It provides the very best possible experiences it can to help children achieve to the highest level.
“Children make exceptional progress, and their behaviour is impeccable, and older children are very kind and incredibly empathetic towards others.
“Staff have created an extremely inclusive environment where diversity is highly respected. They are excellent role models for children.”
The nursery cares for 76 children aged 0 to 11.
