A DRIVER who was involved in a collision last night was three times over the drink drive limit, according to Police.
At around 11pm last night the M62 Westbound was closed between J26 (Bradford) and J25 (Brighouse) following a crash.
West Yorkshire Police gave a road side breath test to a driver at the scene.
The driver gave a positive result of 105 microgrammes of alochol in 100 millimetres of breath and was arrested.
This is three times over the prescribed U.K. driving limit of 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millimetres of breath.
A diversion was put in place initially for motorists travelling through this route, but an hour after the crash, the road was reopened.
Two lanes remained temporarily closed for recovery and clear-up before opening fully again at around 2am this morning.
