A BRADFORD business park could be expanded with more “incubator” units if new plans are approved.
The West Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce has submitted an application to Bradford Council to build new workshops next to the Bradford Chamber Business Park on New Lane, Laisterdyke.
The existing park includes 26 offices and eight workshop units and was built to provide a base for start up business.
The application says that if approved, the expansion could create 18 new full time jobs.
The land, currently a vacant plot, was set aside as a possible expansion site for the park when it was first built. The expansion will see a single building divided into three separate units, with 18 new parking spaces created, including electric car charging points.
A decision on the application is expected at the end of the month.
