THE 70th anniversary of the NHS was marked over the weekend with a knees-up in Saltaire.
The event, hosted by the Shipley Labour Party, was held in Roberts Park on Saturday.
It included a hospital bed race around the park, with teams from local health organisations taking part. The race raised money for the Moving Forward group, a mental health peer support group which works across the Bradford district.
There was also a giant 'Operation' game, a penalty shoot-out, coconut shy, a Mad Hatter's tea party and more.
