A NEW restaurant could open in Bradford’s Top of Town if plans are approved.
A planning application has been submitted to convert part of a vacant office unit, used most recently by a training centre, into an eatery.
The application, for 43 North Parade, next to the Record Cafe, includes an image of the proposed restaurant showing that it will be called Noodle Sing.
Submitted to Bradford Council by Shahin Darvishnarenjbon, the plans say the restaurant will create four full time and two part time jobs, and will have seating for over 40 diners.
Opening hours listed in the application are from 11am to 11pm.
There have recently been calls for more varied businesses on North Parade, amid concerns the road was becoming saturated with bars.
A decision on the application is expected next month.
