The trio were also charged with possession of extreme pornography, with James Sutcliffe additionally accused of an offence of voyeurism.

James Sutcliffe, who has pleaded not guilty to murder, had been due to stand trial on March 12, but due to the additional charges, a new trial date was set for this month.
