A MOTHER and daughter team are holding Saltaire’s first Holistic Health Fair on Sunday.
Reiki Master Diana Burton and her daughter Stephanie have teamed up with health and wellbeing businesses to present a special range of holistic exhibitors, complementary therapies and ethical products in Victoria Hall, from 10am.
There will be music, free yoga classes and vegan and vegetarian foods available.
The organisers are passionate about taking a holistic approach to mental and physical health and wellbeing, interlinking the strength of mind, body and spirit together.
As well as providing delicious food to nurture the body, there will be a packed timetable of healing workshops, meditations, and nutrition talks.
Entry is £3 for the day.
