Police are currently at the scene on the A650 between Keighley and Silsden
THE A650 has now re-opened between Keighley and Silsden following a police incident.
A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police said they had been called to the area at 5.50pm, with both carriageways shut off shortly afterwards.
There were reports of concerns for safety for someone on a bridge situated on the stretch of road, but police said the woman was brought down safely just before 6.30pm.
Officers had asked for motorists to avoid the area if possible.
