VISITORS flocked to Cliffe Castle Museum today for a garden party at the Victorian mansion.

A range of stalls were put up in the Castle, in Keighley, while in the newly restored Cliffe Castle Park there was live music on the bandstand and traditional games in the grounds.

Hurricane Blue and Two Rivers Swing Band both captivated the audience with their signature tunes while children played in the sunshine.

Stalls included the Groove and Grind record shop, fully stocked with the finest vinyl records, who also provided music during the day, and a selection of sellers displaying their local handmade items.

Insides the museum was the Craft at the Castle fair, full of contemporary designers and makers, all carefully selected, whose work has a subtle link to the collections currently on display in the museum, from modern equivalents to historic displays, similar materials, or the subject matter.

Items on offer at the stalls included textiles, fashion, ceramics, photography and jewellery.
