A POPULAR plant sale in Riddlesden will be held this year on Sunday, May 27.
Local resident Linda Clegg will again host the charity event at Riddlesden War Memorial Institute on Scott Lane from 2pm to 4pm.
She will split the proceeds between the Manorlands Hospice, Kidney Research and Breakthrough Cancer Research.
The event will be at the Institute from 2pm to 4pm, and is being organised with help from Linda’s family and friends.
The sale features home-grown perennials and bedding plants for sale, along with homemade cakes, teas and a raffle.
The plant sale last year raised £1,275 for charity.
Linda said people had a great time last year with many people giving their time and energy.
