IT was lights, camera, action for a Cottingley business as filming for a BBC antiques show got underway.
The crew from Antiques Road Trip, including expert and television personality Margie Cooper, paid a visit to Snooty Fox Antiques yesterday.
The show sees antiques experts set off on a road trip around the UK, searching for treasures and competing to make the most money at auction.
The business opened its doors in February and is based at Regalia Mills, Hollings Street.
Sharon Cordingley, who runs the business with her husband John said they received a call on Monday asking if they would be up for filming.
She described it as "really, really exciting" and said: "It's not a normal every day thing to have a film crew with you.
"It has been really enjoyable."
Sharon said she believed the team had picked some pieces up which are due to go to auction.
The show is due to air on the small screen later this year.
