A BRADFORD-based logistics firm has launched an in-house training programme.
Advanced Supply Chain Group (ASCG), headquartered at the Euroway Trading Estate, kicked off its new programme with a week-long course which saw people across the business receive their initial training.
The business is now in the process of designing in-house courses for all levels and all departments which will be delivered by the new in-house trainers. It's part of a wider commitment to upskill employees.
Sue Chapman, from ASCG, said: “We are committed to investing in our people at all levels to provide a platform for career-long development. This training aims to equip our staff with the skills and knowledge to give them a long and prosperous careers with ASCG. Feedback so far has been brilliant and we hope that as the scheme is rolled out business-wide. The whole team benefit from an informative – and, hopefully enjoyable - learning process.”
