A FORMER Bradford Bulls player who has taken a career change into the acting world is currently starring in a film released at the weekend.
Walk Like A Panther, which was filmed in locations across Yorkshire, tells the tale of a group of 1980s wrestlers are forced to get back in the ring once last time when their local pub is threatened with closure.
It stars Rob Parker, pictured, who won two Super League Grand Finals, one Challenge Cup and one World Club Challenge with the Bulls from 2000 to 2005, alongside stars such as Stephen Graham, Sue Johnston, and fellow ex-rugby star Adam Fogerty.
His role in the film follows appearances in last year's BBC drama Taboo, which starred Tom Hardy.
The film premiered on Friday, March 9, and is screening at Cineworld in the Leisure and Exchange and the Odeon cinema in Thornbury.
