TWO men tried to drag a woman from her car during an attempted carjacking in a supermarket car park.
Police are now appealing for witnesses to track down the men, who targeted the woman in broad daylight while she was parked in the Tesco car park on Canal Road.
At the incident happened at 3.10pm on Saturday, February 3, and police have just revealed details of the crime today.
The woman, who was in her twenties, was sat in a black Volkswagen Tiguan in the car park when a man opened the passenger door and told her to get out of the vehicle.
Another man opened the driver’s door and there was a struggle before a man intervened to help the woman and the suspects ran off towards the Shipley Airedale Road.
The victim suffered minor injuries and no weapons were said to have been used.
Both suspects are believed to be in their twenties.
One is described as Asian or mixed race, of medium build and around 5ft 10ins tall. He spoke with a Bradford accent and had a hood up with his face covered.
The second is described as Asian, of skinny build and similar height. He also spoke with a local accent and was wearing clothing which was described as "scruffy."
