Armed police swooped on a flat above a pizza restaurant on a busy Bradford road to arrest a man after a report of firearms.
Four armed officers and three uniformed police remain outside Woody Joe's on Leeds Road, at the junction of Edderthorpe Street.
Two police vans, two marked police cars and an unmarked vehicle are at the scene.
In a statement, West Yorkshire Police said: "Officers attended an address on Leeds Road in Bradford earlier today after a report of a suspected firearm within the premises.
"A 28-year-old man was arrested and remains in police custody.
"A scene is in place whilst investigations continue."
