The Cardiff-based singer songwriter who has co-written with chart-topper Ed Sheeran (his first EP was titled 'Songs I wrote with Amy) and she also co-wrote some of the songs on his latest album Divide, is teaming up again with celebrated singer songwriter, Luke Jackson, for their fourth double header tour running from January 17 to February 4.

Jackson, who releases his first live album, Solo Duo Trio - a compilation of where his music is at in all its forms - in February, will be performing with Amy at The Live Room, Caroline Street Social Club, Saltaire on January 19.

Other venues the pair will play include Bury, Birmingham, Gwaenysgor (Flintshire), Stoke-on-Trent, Faringdon, Hutton Rudby, Settle, Cardiff, London (Green Note), Stogumber, Coolham and Canterbury.

Said Jackson: "The tour with Amy is becoming our favourite way to start the year. 2017 started with my third tour with Amy. It was the best yet - we played to large, enthusiastic audiences and had a great time and I think the 2018 tour will be even better."

The 23-year-old Canterbury musician is swiftly making a name for himself on the acoustic roots scene.

He and Amy, regarded as one of the country's most successful female singer songwriters who sings on the Finding Home track on Luke's recent studio album, Tall Tales & Rumours, will perform separate sets as well as join forces for certain numbers on the 13 date tour which showcases the talents of two stand-out songwriters.

Amy has twice won the Best Solo Female Artist title at the Welsh Music Awards and in 2016 she clinched two awards at the ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers Awards) - Song of the Year and Top Digital Song.

She has supported some of the world's great artists including Van Morrison, Damien Rice, Eric Bibb and Jeff Beck and has seven album releases.

In 2015 she released the EP Recovery and her most recent No Use Crying Over Spilt Milk.

During 2017 she has worked on both sides of the Atlantic with many performers including Kylie Minogue; Gary Barlow; Dixie Chicks; Carrie Underwood; Kacey Musgraves and Dan Tyminski.
