SIX of the district’s special schools are uniting to put on a musical extravaganza this week.
Almost seventy pupils from Chellow Heights, High Park, Hazelbeck, Southfield, Delius and Beechcliffe will perform over two nights tomorrow and Thursday at the Midland Hotel, Bradford (pictured).
The shows will feature acting, singing, dancing, signing, artwork, drumming and costumes made by pupils.
Chellow Heights teacher, Pete Strawson, who came up with the concept, said he hoped it would become a regular event.
He said: “The pupils are very excited to be performing in such a lovely venue and have been practising very hard in preparation.”
Tickets are limited. Contact Mr Strawson with ticket enquiries on 01274 484242.
