Police investigating the Tyron Charles murder investigation have clarified an earlier statement about arrests made in the case.
A 28-year-old man arrested for questioning on October 11 was the same man - James Sutcliffe, of Hillcrest Road, Denholme - who had already been charged with the murder.
MORE ON TYRON CHARLES
Sutcliffe has been in jail on remand following a court appearance but was brought back into police custody for further questioning following the discovery of Mr Charles's body last week.
Two other people questioned last week on suspicion of assisting an offender - a 60-year-old man and a 61-year-old woman - have both been released on police bail, a West Yorkshire Police spokesman confirmed on Wednesday afternoon.
