Crash between car and a van on M62
A LANE of the M62 was shut following a crash between a van and a car.
The collision, involving a blue Mercedes van, model unknown, and a black Renault Scenic, on M62 Eastbound between junction 26 M606/A58 Whitehall Road/A638 Bradford Road (Chain Bar) and junction 27 M621 (Gildersome).
Lane one of three on the motorway was shut following the crash, at just after 8.35am today, but has since re-opened.
No-one was injured in the damage-only incident, a West Yorkshire Police spokesman said.
