THE Yorkshire Party is standing candidates in 21 seats across the region, it has revealed.
They include Jack Render, who is standing in Skipton and Ripon, and Bob Buxton, who is standing in Pudsey.
Leader Stewart Arnold (pictured) said: “Our candidates range from students, teachers, carers, businesspeople, retirees amongst others. “They all bring different skills and experiences to the campaign. All of the candidates are firmly linked to the constituencies they are standing in, there has been no parachuting into seats, and are committed to representing their communities - above party - if elected. They won’t hesitate to speak for their communities and for Yorkshire.”
The party will unveil its manifesto next week.
