AN EASTER fair at Steeton was a cracking success.
The event, at the Methodist Church, raised £630 for the windows fund.
Attractions included an Easter bonnet competition, judged by Mrs Gladys Emmett.
"Sincere thanks go to everyone who contributed to the fair in any way," said a church spokesman.
"We were delighted to see so many new faces there and are grateful for the support.
"There were some beautiful entries in the Easter bonnet competition."
The service at the church on Sunday (Apr 2), at 10.30am, will be led by Mrs Anne O'Shaughnessy.
